Yes!! Finally I have made a new website just in time for the Jingletown Winter Open Studios December 2+3 2017. I have recently been inspired to unfurl paintings on paper, the ones I still travel with from the 90's, larger than life women on paper. I was constantly climbing my antique cherry picker ladder precariously with a paint brush in one hand and a wine glass in the other to reach the heights of my Hayes Valley studio's 20' tall walls. I always had a plethora of these cosmic goddesses often times in garden scenes covering my large studio walls. Now my walls are much higher, too high actually for me to reach at 60'. My work has become more of an environment. The paint has transformed into textiles that flow and fold, moving from the walls into the space. I invite you to come see my work in person this coming Saturday 11-6 and Sunday 11-2 2934 Ford Street Studio 30 Oakland.
